Adam & Robyn: Hi everyone, thank you so much for all of your questions. We really enjoyed it, though might need to go to brain/typing rehab now. There are a lot of unanswered questions, so we're sorry if yours didn't get answered, but maybe we can get around to a few more in the next few weeks/months/years…

Gotta go! Thanks again for joining us. <3

"No baby, you can't go run and play right now…"

Luffy had an upset tummy yesterday. I woke up and saw that he had diarrhea. It was everywhere. And as any bunny owner know, this can be very serious. He had runny poop so we had to cancel his morning exercise/run in the living room, he loves to dash out whenever I lift the barrier. Luckily in our situation I immediately knew what caused this. Luffy's stomach is really sensitive and he was eating organic oxbow pellets because I ran out of the usual pellets he eats. I quickly removed the pellets, cleaned up the mess and filled his cage with bedding, LOTS of hay and fresh water.
I messaged wheekbywheek, one of my closest friend, and she helped me through everything. She knows a lot about rabbits and guinea pigs. I was very concerned when I heard Luffy tummy grumble and growl. I went to FOUR different pet stores to find bene bac, a probiotic. I was only able to find the powder form (syringe form is better). I sprinkled the recommended dosage on some dill and cilantro and Luffy gobbled it up.

He was eating (he loves hay) and drinking which was a great sign. He was also grooming himself throughout the day, you can see he has a little poop stain on his nose~ I cleaned it off with some q-tips and water which he seemed to enjoy. We cleaned his bum area with warm water and paper towels, he did not enjoy that. But today he is 100% okay now. He was able to have his morning exercise and his poops are nice and round again!

Fantastical Festive Food Gifts

We're feeling very festive right now! It's very close to Christmas and it's that time where if you haven't got presents yet, you're starting to panic! Never fear, because we're here with some awesome gift ideas in the form of awesome foodie treats that you can make in advance (or just before the big day), bundle up and make your friends and family very happy people!

image

Stained Glass Cookies - Our latest treat! The effect looks awesome but they're actually really easy to do. You can replace the poppy seeds with any flavour you want too!

image

Peanut Butter Fudge - One of Mike's favourites from last year! Smooth, sweet PB flavoured fudge. Loads of people replaced the PB with chocolate spread too… Great idea!

image

Cheesy Bites - You can NEVER have too much cheese at Christmas right?! They're small too, so you can always just have one more :)

image

Spiced Nuts and Marinated Olives - Two recipes in one! The olives are ridiculously easy, but try doing them in advance for even better flavour. Just grab a sterilised jar and chuck everything in. The nuts aren't too hard either, and the flavour is brilliant!

image

Clementine and Lemon Curd - Sweet, zesty curd for your toast on boxing day morning :) This is another one that seems really impressive, but secretly it'll only take minutes!

image

Chocolate Muffin Puddings - You probably want to make these quite close to the big day, as they can dry out a bit. Don't worry though… As soon as you give them away they'll be eaten!

image

Cranberry Florentines - A french classic! Fruit and nut are the perfect Christmas combo. Combine with a sticky, sweet batter and you've got an instant winner.

image

Speculaas Biscuits by @daniellamozrella on SORTEDfood - These are such a great idea! Speculaas are really popular in Europe. They've got a combination of ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Perfect for your festive cup of tea.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Fudge by @nathanmetcalf on SORTEDfood - What a classic festive combo! And if you've never tried white chocolate fudge before… Well… Do.

We also asked you guys what your favourite food gifts to give over the festive season were, and we got some awesome responses! Check these out if you're still looking for some ideas -

"My husband makes the best fruits jams in the world! This year we made apple caramel butter, plum jam and spicy grape jam. They are just delicious and everybody goes crazy for them!" - Alek Sandra

"This holiday season, it is gonna be chocolate brownies.. huge demand for it already.." - Kshama Parate

"This year I’m doing Malteser Slice (with homemade crushed chocolate wafers!), Pepparkakor, Lolly Cake and Brigadeiros… I’ve already started so that I can ship ‘em in time for Christmas…"  - Kat Robinson

"Purple sweet potato pies with cinnamon meringue are a trademark of mine during the holidays"  - Julieann Young

"i make lots of treats, but the favorite is a 3-way tie between my jarred ganache, my homemade marshmallows (vanilla bean, peppermint swirl and sea salt caramel), and my spiced cashew brittle." - Emily Jelassi

"Mini meringue xmas trees"  - Louise Arnott

"Red Velvet cookies. My neighbor gave me a recipe and everyone that’s ever tried it loves them to death." - Roman Peabody

"I know its pretty simple but i like to make chocolate spoons for hot cocoa or chocolate lollipops in general" - Yung Hynh

Do you guys have any additions, or maybe even a traditional food gift from your own country? Let us know!
